About Us

photoThe Parent and Family Association at MTSU is a volunteer organization that provides opportunities for parents to become involved in their students' education. The Association is also a vehicle for parents to ask questions and make suggestions, and it is a support system that facilitates the transition that accompanies sending students off to college.

As a member of the Association, you will be provided many great benefits including a welcome kit, monthly eNewsletters, a VIP discount card, and more. The Parent and Family Association also sponsors a Thanksgiving Dinner on campus, offers scholarships to students of members of the Association, provides Random Acts of Kindness throughout the year, and co-sponsors other campus events. The Parent and Family Association allows you to have involvement in your student’s college experiences without intruding on his/her development of independence.
