Flu Shot Clinics
Use your CVS/CareMark prescription card for $0 copay for flu shots. MTSU faculty, staff and their dependents (16 and above) and students who are covered by the State of TN Employee Health Insurance program have CVS/CareMark as their prescription benefit plan. Those who wish to use this benefit to cover their flu shot will need to bring their card to one of the flu shot clinics. The CVS/CareMark prescription card will pay for the full cost of the flu shot.
MTSU Health Services will be offering Flu Shots year at the dates, times and location listed below… and no appointment is necessary.
- Health, Wellness & Rec Center Atrium
- Wednesday, October 1, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Thursday, October 2, 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 9, 8:30 a.m. – 2:00p.m.
For non CVS/CareMark members the cost of a flu shot is shown below. You may pay with cash or a credit card, and students may charge the cost to their MTSU account.
- MTSU Students: $15
- MTSU Faculty, Staff, and dependents (16 years old and above) $28
Monday - Thursday 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. and Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. The Drive-Thru is available Monday - Thursday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Friday 8:00 to 4:30p.m.
*During the summer and semester breaks the pharmacy will be opened from 8:00a.m. to
4:00p.m and closed from 11:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. for lunch, but the drive-thru will
remain open until 4:30p.m. We are closed during university holidays.
Bring your student ID card and all insurance cards (or photocopies of the front and back of cards) with you. Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCards and American Express are accepted, or your purchases may be placed on your student account.
If you need to refill a prescription that was originally dispensed from our Pharmacy, call our automated telephone system at 615-494-8888 or complete the online refill form.
