Schedule a Headshot

Please schedule your headshot as far in advance as possible to ensure your preferred day and time are available.

To schedule an official MTSU studio portrait/headshot:

1. Call 898-2896 or email photorequest@mtsu.edu
2. We will schedule an appointment in our studio located at LRC 239.
3. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
4. Please dress appropriately to represent MTSU in a professional manner. Our office backdrop is a mottled gray, and the poses are standardized. (Personal custom portrait requests may be accommodated by following the " Hire a photographer"; instructions.)
5. There is no sitting fee for official portraits. The person or department will be charged only when the actual image is requested.
6. If time allows, the person will have an opportunity to select which image is to be used by viewing the contact sheet. This does not apply when the images are needed within three days.
