Harry J. Horne Scholarship
Background
The Harry J. Horne Scholarship has been established in honor of the legendary Canadian Diplomat and specialist in international relations who taught at Middle Tennessee State University from 1983 to 1990.
Purpose
To promote and encourage study of foreign affairs.
Scholarship Award
The student selected for the Scholarship will have tuition paid for the first semester at Middle Tennessee State University.
Applicants
Any high school senior in Tennessee who will graduate in the spring is eligible to apply. Applicants will be judged on the basis of high school scholastic record, ACT score, and desire to study international affairs.
Materials to be included:
- High School Transcript
- ACT scores
- Recommendations from two high school teachers (to be mailed separately).
- Completed application form (PDF file: 46KB).
