Funding
A portion of the financial support for Project Help comes from the Tennessee Department of Education / Office of Early Childhood Programs; Division of Special Education.

The United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties supports and allocates funds for salaries and operating expenses. The most recent allocation in May 2008 provides for continued operation of the Yellow Room at the Fairview Center.
The Project Help Advisory Board, in conjunction with the MTSU Office of Development, generates the monies used for the daily operation of all programs as well as expansion efforts. The Charity Circle of Murfreesboro provides funding as well as providing two people who sit on the advisory board. Other groups who donate time and funding include: St. Rose Knights of Columbus, Lioness Club of Murfreesboro, Middle TN Customers Care, Ingram Books, and Kohl's Department Store.
MTSU provides the funding for one staff person as well as the upkeep for the Project Help facilities. The faculty and staff support adds a cohesiveness that is not only appreciated by the staff, but also by the families who entrust their children to the program.
