• Replace the LCMS which is being decommissioned by the vendor.
  • Select a replacement product that best meets the goals of the university community.
  • Convert sites currently in the LCMS into the new product with as little disruption on availability as possible.
  • Retrain current LCMS content contributors in the use of the new system.
  • Create new sites as needed in the new product.
  • Investigate features that can be added to sites with new functionalities offered by the new product.
  • Revisit sites that had not been converted to the LCMS and bring them into the new product.
