L. Diane Miller, Ph.D. serves as Interim Executive Vice President and Provost at Middle Tennessee State University.
The mission of the Division of Academic Affairs is the provision of quality academic programs consistent with the University's mission. To accomplish this mission, the Office of Executive Vice President and Provost provides leadership and management to support instruction, research, public service, and institutional effectiveness.
In addition to providing quality academic programs, the Office of Executive Vice President and Provost provides a variety of support services to faculty and administrators including the administration of and/or assistance with:
The office oversees a variety of special projects including coordination of implementation of Academic Master Plan, faculty development, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools' (SACS) reaccreditation.
