Job Description

Provide leadership and manage the institutional effectiveness, research and planning processes of the University. These processes include: provide hands-on data analysis, interpretation of analysis, and preparation of reports for internal and external use; assist campus constituencies in addressing the appropriate use and interpretation of institutional data; disseminating data to the campus community, local entities, and external agencies to include state, regional and national organizations; collaborate and communicate effectively with key campus constituencies to provide information and analytical support to University decision-makers that facilitates strategic planning and policy-making decisions requiring timely, accurate, and sound data analysis and perform other special projects as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications

- Earned Masters degree in Statistics, Research, Education, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field required.
- Ten years progressively responsible, professional experience in research, data analysis, planning, and institutional/organizational effectiveness with five of the ten years experience at the executive level managing people and data projects required.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and development of information systems required.
- Demonstrated professional leadership experience required.  

Preferred Qualifications

- Earned doctorate preferred.
