We are a charge-back department. There are costs associated with our services to the campus community. As a professional area with experienced and award-winning staff, we seek to provide you with the best service possible.

Publications
Rates are subject to change. There will be a 10% surcharge added to personal or commercial orders.
Design services

• $20/hour for reprint or basic layout services
• $30/hour for concept work
• $50/hour for significant projects, such as the magazine
• Flat fee of $2.80 for University stationery items that are one-sided; $5.60 for items that are two-sided.

Professional Color Laser Prints:

Prints are provided on either 28lb text or 65lb cover, white, uncoated paper.

• 8.5 x 11 color prints
• $.39 for one side,
• $.75 for two sides
  

8.5 x 11 black-ink only prints

• $.30 per side

11 x 17 color prints (includes 8.5 x 11 prints that bleed)

• $1.00 per side

12x18 color prints (includes 11x17 prints that bleed)

• $1.25 per side for light ink coverage
• $1.40 per side for heavy ink coverage

Mounting on Foam Core

• $1.50 per square foot plus $20/hour labor

Banner prints (sample sizes)

• 11x14 to 18x24: $4.80-$13.40, depending on size
• 20x20 to 24x40: $14.90-$29.70, depending on size
• 30x30 to 40x70: $40.80-$95.30, depending on size
• 40x80 to 40x100: $108.90-$136.10, depending on size
• other sizes are available

Photography

The University Photographers keep very busy. Please schedule photographers or order a service as far in advance as possible to insure availability and avoid rush charges. Normal turnaround for service orders is two weeks. This can vary by our workload and the size of your order. Rush charges of up to 100% apply to service orders that require less than two weeks to fulfill.

A price list for time and services will be posted as soon as it is available.
