58 Blue Raider Athletes Earn Dean's List Honors for Spring 2012

The Student-Athlete Enhancement Center announces 58 Blue Raiders to earn Dean's List honors for their academic effort during the spring semester. 18 student-athletes earned a perfect 4.0. The Dean's List requires a GPA of 3.5 or better. Women's soccer led the group with 11 student-athletes and softball followed with 8 student-athletes, all earning Dean's List status. Overall, 149 student-athletes had over a 3.0 GPA.

Women's Soccer and Men's Tennis Take GPA Honors for Spring 2012

Women's soccer lead all teams by earning a 3.495 GPA for the Spring 2012 semester. Honorable mention goes to women's tennis which posted a 3.46 GPA, and women’s basketball with a 3.448 GPA. Every women’s team had a team GPA over 3.0+ this semester. For the men, tennis earned a 3.225 GPA. Honorable mention goes to men's golf with a 3.185 GPA.
