MT Soccer Earns NSCAA Academic Award

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee's women's soccer program was recognized by the NSCAA for its academic achievement during the 2013-14 academic year on Monday afternoon.

The Blue Raiders boasted a team grade point average of 3.52 in the 2013-14 academic year to earn the NSCAA Team Academic award.

This marks the 12th-consecutive season the Blue Raiders have collected the award.

A total of 861 soccer teams (280 men, 581 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2013-14 academic year. The award runs one school year behind to track grade point average. This season (2014-15) will be announced next November.
