The Enrollment Technical Services Office provides enrollment technical support to
students, faculty, and staff for the student information system. This office coordinates
report requests, student information system security, and enrollment reporting. We
provide training and enhancements for the Banner system.
Teresa Thomas is the director, and the office is located in room 120 of the Student Services &
Admissions Center. This office is dedicated to serving students, faculty, and staff
and is committed to providing timely, accurate, and efficient services and information
while maintaining the integrity of all student academic records.
