Admissions & Enrollment Services provides vital information to potential and current students. Departments in Enrollment Services include:

Admissions Office
The Undergraduate Admissions Office provides admission services to freshmen, transfer, re-enrolling and non-degree seeking students. Raider Reps, a student organization at Middle Tennessee State University that gives campus tours is based out of the Admissions Office. The main office is in room 208 of the Cope Administration Building.

Enrollment Technical Systems
The Enrollment Technical Systems Office provides enrollment technical support to students, faculty, and staff for the student information system. This office coordinates report requests, student information system security, and enrollment reporting. We provide training and enhancements for the Banner and RaiderNet systems. Teresa Thomas is the director, and the office is located in 207 of the Cope Administration Building. This office is dedicated to serving students, faculty, and staff and is committed to providing timely, accurate, and efficient services and information while maintaining the integrity of all student academic records.

Financial Aid Office
The MTSU Financial Aid Office provides assistance to qualified students who would otherwise find it difficult or impossible to attend Middle Tennessee State University. Stephen White is the Director of Financial Aid. Their office is located in room 218 of the Cope Administration Building.

Records Office and Scheduling Center
The Records and Scheduling Office provide grade reporting, transcript, class and room scheduling services, graduation status and veterans enrollment information to the MTSU community. Cathy Kirchner is the director. The Records Office is located in room 102 of the Cope Administration Building. The Scheduling Center is located room 123 of the James Union Building.
