Dr. Witherow completed her Bachelors of Arts in English and Master of Arts in Counselor Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She completed her Education Specialist degree at Middle Tennessee State University in Administration and Supervision. Dr. Witherow earned a doctorate in Education in 2005 with a dissertation entitled "An Examination of the Matriculation Outcomes of the Geier Mandated Pre-university Programs." In 1989 Dr. Witherow began a long career of serving the interests of MTSU students in Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and Enrollment Management.
