Student Government Association The MTSU SGA is the voice of more than 20,000 students attending MTSU. The 2007-08 SGA president is Chassen Haynes. Student Publications is the home of Sidelines, the twice-a-week student newspaper. Sidelines is staffed entirely by students and provides a variety of experiences in writing, reporting, editing, design, photography, advertising and public relations.
