How to look for venue availability:
To find out if a specific venue is available for a specific date, please follow these
instructions.
Go to the WebViewer home page:
http://www.mtsu.edu/webviewer . Once on this page click on the "
rooms " link found in the upper left corner. When you click on the link, it will take you
to the listing of rooms for the Alumni Memorial Gym for today's date.
Once you have clicked on the "Rooms" link and the new page has loaded scroll down
and look at the links on the right. Find the building you would like to search for
available space in.
For this example, let's find a room in the Business Aerospace Building (BAS)
As you can see the BAS is very busy with classes and other events happening in multiple
spaces. It appears BAS S118 is booked from 8am-6pm with classes but is available from
6pm-9pm.
If you would like to know more information about a specific space, simply click on
that space and important information such as room capacity, room photo, space features
and other information is available to you. This information should help you determine
if the space will work for the type of event you are hosting.
Once you have found the space, date and time you would like to host your event you
will need to contact the correct
Venue Event Coordinator and request more information.
