Thank you for your interest in the TLSAMP program at Middle Tennessee State University

Our university is a proud member of the Tennessee Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (TLSAMP).  Other alliance institutions include Lemonye-Owen College, University of Memphis, University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Tennessee State University, and Vanderbilt University.  TLSAMP funding is underwritten by a grant from the National Science Foundation.


This program at MTSU is designed to give special attention to your needs to help you success in completing your degree.  If you are an underrepresented student majoring in science, technology, engineering or math ( STEM), you may even qualify to receive financial assistance.  We provide resources in the following areas:
