<p>TN LEAP can provide FREE in-home diagnostic testing for lead-placed paint hazards to owners of housing who qualify for the TN LEAP program.<br /> We can also provide in-home lead hazard screenings to others on a fee scale basis, please call for details.<br /> The lead hazard screening consists of:<br /></p>

<li>A visual inspection</li>
<li>Dust sample collection</li>
<li>Testing of deteriorated paint with portable lead analysis testing equipment by certified professionals.</li>
</ul>
Owners of either single- or multi-family (landlord-owned) homes may qualify for financial assistance. Ask us about the required income guidelines for owner-occupied residential housing.<br /><br />
