Training and Development Concentration

Training and Development

The value of education is recognized as increasingly critical to the successful workplace, and the need for teachers and trainers to develop that education has grown exponentially.

The Training and Development concentration, with two specializations, is designed to prepare you to teach adults in the corporate training environment or to facilitate courses in an online environment. The program culminates with a professional project which is designed in cooperation with the program director.
