Hybrid Graduate Degree Programs

hybrid degree programs - these programs consist of a combination of online and on-ground courses; some on-ground courses might possess online components. The number of on-ground course meetings will vary depending upon the individual program requirements.

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
The 36-hour hybrid M.B.A. program combines online classes with a limited number of on-campus evening or weekend classes. Not all M.B.A. electives will be available online, and those that are offered may not be available each semester. BUAD 6980 may require two on-campus meetings. A maximum of three prerequisite courses may be required prior to starting the M.B.A. The graduate advisor for the M.B.A. degree is Dr. Kim Sokoya (kim.sokoya@mtsu.edu). Master of Business Education (M.B.E.)
This program combines 33 hours of online and hybrid courses. This program requires a total of 20 hours of face-to-face meetings to allow for demonstrations and presentation of teaching techniques and methods. For more information contact Jaye Kiblinger at (615) 898-2902.

Master of Social Work
This 60-hour MSW program combines 21 credit hours of online classes, 25 credit hours of in-person classes, and 14 credit hours of internship. In-person classes are offered during the evening.
