• Co-wrote grant for new computers for math lab

Numerous conference presentations including the Lilly Conference on College Teaching and the annual meeting of the National Council of teachers of Mathematics.

What do you like most about teaching:
Contact with students and definite beginnings and endings

That they do their homework all the time.

What should they expect from you?
That I will strive to make the material seem easy.

Areas of interest outside the classroom:
Mrs. Dawson has been married to John W. Dawson, since 1968. They have a son and a daughter. She also enjoys reading and gardening.
