Students must complete upper-division and Intent to Graduate forms and file them with the graduation coordinator. Students will work with their advisor to complete both forms. The upper-division form outlines the degree requirements and may be submitted earlier but no later than two semesters prior to the student's expected graduation. The graduation coordinator will review the upper division form and send the student verification of their remaining degree requirements in writing. Students should review this letter carefully and discuss with their advisor as needed.
The intent to graduate form notifies the Records Office of the student's expected semester of graduation and must be submitted two semesters prior to the student's expected graduation. Students failing to submit the intent to graduate form in a timely manner may not be listed in the graduation program.
