Spring 2012 Hours


The UWC will open for the semester on 1/17.  Hours are as follows:

Monday: 9:00a-7:00p

Tuesday: 9:00a-1:00p; 2:00p-7:00p

Wednesday: 9:00a-7:00p

Thursday: 9:00a-7:00p

Friday: 9:00a-4:00p

Saturday: 10
:00a-4:00p



The UWC will be closed the following days and times:

Monday, 1/16: Closed for Martin Luther King Holiday

Friday, 2/24: Closed for Departmental Conference

Saturday, 3/3- Saturday, 3/12: Closed for Spring Break

Thursday, 4/26: Closed for Study Day

We will be closed for the semester starting Friday, 5/4


Appointments: Sessions are 25 or 50 minutes, scheduled on the hour or half hour.  Walk-ins are accepted when Writing Assistants are available, but appointments are recommended.  To schedule an appointment, call us at 904.8237.


Late Policy:
If a student is ten minutes late, the appointment be opened up to other students who may walk-in.   The student will be recorded as a no-show, and the appointment will have to be rescheduled for another day.  If a student receives three no-shows in one semester, the student will be unable to schedule an appointment with the UWC for the remainder of the semester; however, if that student walks in and an appointment is available at the time he/she arrives, that student will still be able to use the UWC's services.  Please call if you will be late to an appointment or need to cancel.
