Caty recieved her M.A. in English in 2010, during which time she focused primarily on Writing Centers and Composition Studies. Her other research interests include creative writing; science fiction in literature, television, and film; postapocalyptic fiction; and comic books. Outside of the writing center, Caty enjoys knitting, reading, photography, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
