Registration

Registration for the 2012 MTSU EYH Conference is now OPEN!

To register, go to the Expanding Your Horizons Network homepage , (click on registration link below), select Tennessee as your state and register with EYH Middle Tennessee State University for middle school girls (grades 5 to 8) or for high school girls (grades 9 to 12).  The deadline for registering for this year's conference is September 3, 2012.

Step One: Registration

In order to complete your registration, your parents or guardians must complete, electronically sign and submit the MTSU EYH release form. Send registration fee to:

Click on the link below to reach the MTSU EYH Release form.  You will receive a confirmation from us when you submit the release form. You will also receive a copy of the data that you entered on your child's release form.
