Registration

The deadline for registering for this year's conference is September 2, 2013.

Start the registration process with Step 1 which takes you to the National EYH site for online registration.

In order to complete your registration, your parents or guardians must complete, electronically sign and submit the MTSU EYH release form which is Step 2.  The release form is found at: http://www.mtsu.edu/wistem/eyh/permission_form.php

Please complete the release form and submit. You will receive a confirmation from us when you submit the release form. You will also receive a copy of the data that you entered on your child's release form.

Step 3 is to submit a check for $15 made out to MTSU EYH to:
