Withdrawal Calendar for Faculty & Staff
Please use this as an informational guide to help you understand the withdrawal deadlines.
Please feel free to send students to our office in the McFarland Building for consultation
regarding dropping classes or withdrawing.

Important Drop and Withdrawal Dates for Fall 2012
August 26th
Last Day for a 100% Fee Adjustment
September 7th
Census Day
Last Day for a 75% Fee Adjustment
Last Day to Drop with No Grade
September 8th
Beginning today all classes dropped will result in a grade of W
September 21st
Last Day for a 25% Fee Adjustment
October 30th
Last Day to drop a class or withdraw completely on RaiderNet and receive a grade of
W
NOTE: Students who withdraw on or after October 30th may not have their financial aid adjusted.
Students are highly encouraged to consult with Financial Aid at 898-2830 prior to
withdrawing.
October 31st
Students withdrawing from ALL classes beginning today should complete online withdrawal
form via RaiderNet.
On the Add/Drop Classes link these is a link to "Withdraw from All Class". This link
will take students to the complete withdrawal form.
Individual course drops can be accomplished using a signed drop form. Drop forms
can be obtained from the Scheduling Center (JUB 123) or the McFarland Building. Some
departments will also have them. The form must be signed by the instructor and department
chair and returned to the Scheduling Center for processing.
November 30th
Last Day to withdraw from the University (all classes) and receive a grade of W or
F as determined by the instructor. Grade of W or F will not be determined until grades
are posted att he end of the term. Students should be encouraged to talk individually
with each instructor regarding the circumstance for why they are withdrawing.
NOTE: Students may still drop individual courses (just not all) with a signed drop
form through December 14th. Signed drop forms should be submitted to the Scheduling
Center (JUB 123) through December 7th. Forms signed after December 7th will be submitted
to the University College Advising Center in the McFarland Building.
December 14th
Last day to submit signed drop forms to drop individual courses.
