Are you creating a new assignment for your students or revising an existing one? You’re not alone! Exchanging ideas with faculty from your own and other disciplines can enhance your design process. In this collaborative workshop, facilitators will guide small groups of faculty through the Assignment Charrette process developed by the National Institute for Learning Outcomes and Assessment. Participants will present assignment ideas and exchange constructive feedback, resulting in new insights into both their teaching and student learning. The workshop is geared toward assignments evaluated with the MT Engage Signature Assignment Rubric, but all faculty are invited to bring an assignment for peer feedback through the charrette process.
