Dr. Wolfe teaches courses in folklore, science fiction, and popular culture. A world renown expert on American popular music who has appeared on NPR, PBS, and th e BBC, he is the author of over fifteen books and serves as the editor of the Tennessee Folklore Society Quarterly and co-editor of Studies in Country Music.
