Matthew Davich is an adjunct instructor of saxophone at MTSU. He is very active as a free-lance woodwind player, playing shows at TPAC (1st woodwind chair), saxophonist with the Nashville Symphony, and other varied performances and recordings. He has been on two recordings with the NSO, as well as several TV tapings for PBS. He also performs at many private functions, playing jazz, pop, irish, klezmer, and classical music on clarinet, saxes, and flutes. He also organised and performs with the Nashville Saxophone Quartet, which has performed three times on WPLN. Member of the Nashville Jazz Orchestra and Middle TN Jazz Orchestra.
