The MTSU Men's Volleyball Club was founded in
1990 by
faculty and students to promote the sport of volleyball
in the
Middle Tennesse area. Since then, the club has produced
numerous coaches, officials, and amateur players that
compete
in various regional and local tournaments.
The current MTSU teams compete against similar collegiate
clubs such as Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Vanderbilt,
Georgia, Florida, Georgia Tech, Virginia, and Auburn.
