Suggestions on how to best use this list

1. Click on list by semester
2. After file opens, go to menu at top of screen. Click on "File," then "Save As." (Make sure you note which folder your file is saved in."
3. After file is saved to your computer, open in any word processing program and delete names of students not needed by your publication.

ALTERNATE METHOD
1. Click cursor on the text list of graduates.
2. Press "Control + F" to find your county.
3. Drag through the list of graduates for your county
4. Press "Control + C" to copy.
5. Go to your word processor and press "Control + V" to paste the list.
