The surveys are bundled in different ways for you to choose the method that best suits you. First the surveys are linked to an online survey page. You may fill out the surveys online by clicking the links shown below. Second the surveys are available as individual microsoft word document files that you can download. You can then open them in Word, answer the questions, save, and upload in an email attachement. If you choose this method, please email completed surveys to psyskip@mtsu.edu. The Word documents are also bundled in groups if you prefer shorter download times and want to fill out the entire set. If you choose this method, you can then upload and email the completed surveys to psyskip@mtsu.edu. You may also download and print the surveys, fill them out by hand, and mail them to me at: Donald F. Kendrick, Department of Psychology, Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN, 37130.

If you want feedback on your personal personality profile, email psyskip@mtsu.edu, either when you submit the surveys, or in a separate email. Also, you may at any time request summary information on the project via email to Dr. Kendrick (psyskip@mtsu.edu). All information and emails will be kept strictly confidential. Your participation is voluntary. By filling out the form(s) and emailing them to Dr. Kendrick you are agreeing to partcipate. Thanks for your input. It really will make a difference.
