Classroom Systems
The Bragg Mass Communication facilities include
5 classrooms which contain superb media support systems. Two of
the classrooms are lecture halls, each with a seating capacity of
72. The remaining three are seminar rooms which seat 40 students
in a semi-circle design. All classrooms contain custom designed
audio/visual systems and are designated as Master Classrooms and
are equipped for computer assisted instruction.
The 5.1 Video Screening Room
A 72 seat theater uses video projection to display
DVD, Laser Discs, VHS tapes and cable TV sources. The sound is provided
through a 5.1 channel, 10 speaker JBL system. A Sony pre amp includes
both Dolby Pro Logic, Dolby Digital and DTS decoding. This room
provides the site for instruction in sound design and multichannel
audio.
