WELCOME TO RECORDS & SCHEDULING

The Records Office and Scheduling Center provide a wide range of services, resources and information for Middle Tennessee State University students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Calendars for important dates and deadlines are included. The class schedule book and registration information are also available. Many undergraduate policies and procedures are included as well as information about graduation. Services can be requested such as degree or enrollment certification, name changes, and official transcripts. The office is located in rooms 102 and 106 of the Cope Administration Building. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may reach the Records Office by phone during these hours at 615-898-2600 or by fax at 615-898-5538.

The Scheduling Center provides services in registration and scheduling in academic space for classes and events. The center is located in room 123 of the James Union Building. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may reach the Scheduling Center by phone during these hours at 615-898-5800 or by fax at 615-494-8905.
