Scheduled Down Times

RaiderNet is typically available 24 hours, 7 days a week. This is simply a front end allowing you to access your data on the mainframe computer's Banner files. When the Banner system is down, RaiderNet cannot access your student data. Hence, the availability of RaiderNet is dependent on the availability of the Banner system on the mainframe computer.

The student information system on the mainframe computer must be brought down occasionally when special processing needs arise such as for fee payment, census reporting, or final grades.

Access the PipelineMT "Planned Down Time" link to check for any times RaiderNet or certain menu option in RaiderNet will not be available.
