Center Hill Lake is great, but this lake is the best, most beautiful and remote mountain lake in the eastern US.

If I'm not at the lake, home, or at MTSU, I'm probably out hiking. the best and wildest trails in Middle TN! Also, at the bottom of this page, The ultimate day hike... the only day hike I know of east of the Rockies with a 5000' elevation gain. TN is nice but, the Swiss Alps are better.

Cycling the path less traveled. Awesome photos from dual-sport motocycling trips.
Bill now writes for Adventure Motorcycle Magazine - see his story and photos in the February '07 issue.

On the wrong side of the fence - mountain biking at Land Between the Lakes.

The best pristine wilderness beach area in the USA... bar none! Simply awesome. This beach shall remain nameless for obvious reasons (unless you ask me nicely).

If you care about the environment, love and respect our wilderness areas and feel that it is important to protect such beautiful places, here is some information on politics and the environment that you should know.

Bill's live rattler capture (tribute to Steve Irwin)

I always said that I'd never buy just "any house"....well I found one that I can call home which has the rustic character, comfort, and uniqueness that I was looking for. If you're interested in historic log homes, take a tour of Cedarcrest, my home.
