As of Spring 2023, MTSU has been recognized as one of 55 silver-level colleges and universities worldwide, and one of 149 colleges and universities worldwide honored by Exercise is Medicine® for our efforts in creating a culture of wellness on campus.

Wellness Fair
The purpose of this event is to connect students to well-established and credible resources both on and off campus that truly focus on the holistic wellness of individuals. We have around 25 tables with different representatives providing education on how to improve and maintain your wellness, information about what each vendor offers, and free giveaways! This 1-day event is held in the Fall and Spring semesters.
