Students who have an interest in applying for the activities associated with the Center can download the application here and return it to the email dept.cbhs-cscs-director@mtsu.edu. Each year the Center awards scholarships ranging from $500.00 – $3000.00. To be considered for scholarship monies, students must be accepted into the Center and be actively pursuing the 5 to Arrive programming. We are thankful for the sponsors who allow this scholarship to be possible.
