Consultant - Kristin TaylorKristin Taylor

Kristin Taylor earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology twenty years ago when she was trained as a Narrative Therapist. Her clinical work as a therapist focused on serving low income clients - in homeless shelters, hospitals, and crisis counseling work.

Ten years later, she transitioned into higher education, working as an Academic Success Coach, Coach Manager, and Trainer where her coaching primarily served students from first generation, low income backgrounds. In these roles, she was able to combine elements of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming within a strengths based student coaching model that gained her recognition as a subject matter expert in developing non-cognitive competencies in our most vulnerable students.

Kristin is thrilled to join forces with Colby Jubenville, Harrison Assessments and Middle Tennessee State University in providing an engaging and compelling coaching platform that will best enable students to thrive!
