The Chris Young Caf\u00e9 is a performance venue on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University honoring Chris Young and his continued support of his alma mater. The cafe, located in the Woodmore Building and surrounded by residence halls, is a teaching and practice space for artists and technicians during the day and a performance venue at night for music, broadcast, drama and entertainment. The Department of Recording Industry, owner and operator, is committed to making the space a community-based performance environment that supports music and other performances, while at the same time feels like a campus hangout spot and not a formal teaching space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
