Seth worked as a supervisor for the Intramural department at Mississippi State University from where he graduated. In his time as a supervisor, he gained valuable experience recruiting, leading training sessions, and conducting performance appraisals.

He also spent one summer working with inSight Advisory Services at HealthTrust in Nashville. During this time, he helped facilitate a merger by integrating both companies' inventory into a single, unified system.

During his undergraduate degree, he worked in a neuropsychology lab studying the impact of multitasking behavior. He presented his research at conferences hosted by the Honors College at Mississippi State University as well as for a thesis defense committee in order to complete his honors undergraduate thesis.

Seth graduated with honors from Mississippi State University in December of 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. He is currently in his first year of graduate school and is pursuing a Master’s degree in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University.
