Amanda is a Project Associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) and a graduate student in Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) Industrial and Organizational Psychology program.  

Amanda received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from MTSU in Spring 2015, minoring in Sociology and Mental Health Services. In her undergraduate career, Amanda created data for a Cognitive Psychology research study and presented her work at Middle Tennessee Psychological Association (MTPA). After completing her undergraduate degree, Amanda began working as a Mental Health Specialist in the child unit of a psychiatric hospital.  

Upon entering the work force, Amanda noticed the impact that people’s work has on their lives and returned to MTSU to study I-O Psychology.  Amanda plans to graduate in 2023 and intends on pursuing a PhD and career in academia.
