Master's Student & Project Associate
Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Training and Project Management
Holli is currently a Project Associate for the Center of Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). She recently assisted in the administration of the assessment for the Tennessee Highway Patrol’s Lieutenant and Sergeant promotional process.
Before her role with COHRE, Holli worked for over 15 years in Talent Acquisition and Management. Her most recent role was as a Senior Project Manager leading the implementation of workforce management solutions for large healthcare systems such as Sutter Health, Mount Sinai Health Systems and Intermountain Healthcare. Prior to that, Holli worked as a Manager for Recruitment and Selection with several companies, where she worked in collaboration with hiring managers to oversee the full life cycle recruiting, selection and onboarding for a wide variety of positions and industries. Other responsibilities have included employee metrics tracking and trend analysis, affirmative action reporting for OFCCP, leading employee retention initiatives, and facilitating employee development opportunities. As part of this, Holli has led several workshops on Resume Writing, Interviewing skills, and Effective Networking on Linkedin.com.
Holli graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts from Miami University with a double major in History and Classics, and completed her undergraduate Psychology requirements at California State University, Long Beach. Holli is currently a graduate student at Middle Tennessee State University, pursuing her Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
