Meet the COHRE Staff
Master's Student & Project Associate
Ashley is a Project Associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) and a first year graduate student in Middle Tennessee State University’s Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. In her role with COHRE, she is currently working to develop fourteen state-level certification tests for Fleming Training Center, as well as assisting in the design of a promotions process for Murfreesboro Police Department.
Prior to COHRE, Ashley spent a lengthy career in various leadership positions within the business function of the healthcare industry, including roles at a large multi-specialty physician’s clinic and a level-one trauma center in Austin, Texas.
She is an exceptionally skilled leader and organizational communicator, both professionally and academically. In 2019, she graduated Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies, a minor in Leadership Studies, and an emphasis in Organizational Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. She also participated MTSU’s Institute of Leadership in 2019. She plans to graduate with a Master of Arts in 2022, at which time she intends to continue her education at the doctorate level.
