The first issue of the comic series accompanying the television series Fringe. The first comic book is divided into two chapters. The first "Like Minds" revolves around Walter Bishop and William Bell meeting for the first time and discovering they have common interests. Together they embark on an experiment. The second, "The Prisoner," is unrelated the overarching narrative of Fringe, but depicts an inmate going through an unexplained, Pattern-like incident.
