Biography

Dr. Lee M. Wade joined Middle Tennessee State University in 2011, where he is currently the Interim Associate Dean of the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences.  Dr. Wade holds a B.S. in Criminology and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of West Georgia; he earned his doctorate in criminal justice from The University of Southern Mississippi.  Dr. Wade was a police officer for over ten years in the state of Georgia, where he worked as a patrol supervisor, DUI ...

Dr. Lee M. Wade joined Middle Tennessee State University in 2011, where he is currently the Interim Associate Dean of the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences.  Dr. Wade holds a B.S. in Criminology and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of West Georgia; he earned his doctorate in criminal justice from The University of Southern Mississippi.  Dr. Wade was a police officer for over ten years in the state of Georgia, where he worked as a patrol supervisor, DUI task force officer, investigator and in the office of professional standards.  Dr. Wade has taught law enforcement courses and crime scene investigations to both forensic science and criminal justice students.  His research interests involve legal issues involving investigations, crime scene evidence, and police management issues.
