Reports can be downloaded as a&nbsp;<strong>Word Document<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Adobe PDF<\/strong>&nbsp;or in&nbsp;<strong>HTML<\/strong>. In Word the documents are editable and sections may be copied for other uses that faculty may have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that MTSU will be developing other uses for Faculty Success&nbsp;as the university becomes more familiar with this dynamic system.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Data into Faculty Success &amp; Verifying Data Entered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-block accordion expandable-group expandable-group-lightblock\" id=\"data\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-item accordion-item expandable-heading expandable-heading-lightblock\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"headinghow-often-should-i-update-my-information\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapsedatahow-often-should-i-update-my-information\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapsedatahow-often-should-i-update-my-information\">How often should I update my information?<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapsedatahow-often-should-i-update-my-information\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse expandable-content expandable-content-lightblock\" aria-labelledby=\"headinghow-often-should-i-update-my-information\" data-bs-parent=\"#data\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relevant activities during the year should be entered in preparation for the annual Performance Evaluation report that the Provost\u2019s Office requests. If you would like to link to a file that is larger that 50MB (i.e., audio or video files) that is accessible on the web or that you have stored, you can create an HTML page or Microsoft Word document that contains a link to the file (web) or the embed code. You can then upload the HTML file or Word document to Faculty Success&nbsp;where you would have uploaded the audio or video file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the file is under 50MB, it may be the browser you are using. However, you&nbsp;<strong>cannot<\/strong> see a workflow or workflows until you receive an email inviting you to submit your materials.
