This plan is only for domestic graduate students. If you are an international graduate student your required health insurance is managed through the Office of International Affairs. More information here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Enroll:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Follow the link<\/em><\/strong><\/a> to enroll or waive coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Payment<\/strong>: The premium for the selected period is due in full at the time of enrollment. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Verification<\/strong>: The Graduate School will verify your eligibility after the enrollment deadline. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be removed from coverage. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Important Reminders:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Dependents<\/strong>: Dependent enrollment for voluntary domestic graduate students is not available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Other Insurance<\/strong>: This plan is designed to stand alone or be coordinated with any existing health plan. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Marketable Subsidies<\/strong>: Because this is not considered employer insurance, it will not affect your ability to receive a marketplace subsidy or obtain an Affordable Care Act (ACA) plan through the marketplace. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
