Jones College of Business) to be added to a graduation list. It is strongly recommended that all expected graduates meet with their college advisor before submitting the intent to graduate form. To complete the form you may want to schedule an advising appointment with your college advisor. Only students in the Jones College of Business must also attach an upper division form with the intent to graduate form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have missed a deadline listed below, please submit the intent to graduate form with your college advisor immediately. After the intent to graduate form has been approved by your college advisor it will be entered by your graduation analyst (found below in the College Advising Offices tab).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>May 8 and 9, 2026 Graduation &#8211; Intent due April 18, 2025.&nbsp;<\/strong>If you apply late and your intent to graduate form is not received by your graduation analyst by Friday, March 13, 2026, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for a May 2026 degree date.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>August 8, 2026 Graduation &#8211; Intent due November 14, 2025.&nbsp;<\/strong>If you apply late and your intent to graduate form is not received by your graduation analyst by Friday, June 12, 2026, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for an August 2026 degree date.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>December 12, 2026 Graduation &#8211; Intent due April 17, 2026.&nbsp;<\/strong>If you apply late and your intent to graduate form is not received by your graduation analyst by Friday, October 23, 2026, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for a December 2026 degree date.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May 8, 2027 Graduation &#8211; Intent due June 1, 2026.\u00a0<\/strong>(ceremony dates TBD but could be May 7 and 8)  If you apply late and your intent to graduate form is not received by your graduation analyst by Friday, March 12, 2027, your name may not appear in the Commencement program, you might not be able to participate in the ceremony due to space limitations, and you might not be checked in time for a May 2027 degree date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-item accordion-item expandable-heading expandable-heading-faq\"><h2 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"headingsubmit-my-intent-form\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapseRequiredGradPaperworksubmit-my-intent-form\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapseRequiredGradPaperworksubmit-my-intent-form\">Submit my Intent Form<\/button><\/h2><div id=\"collapseRequiredGradPaperworksubmit-my-intent-form\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse expandable-content expandable-content-faq\" aria-labelledby=\"headingsubmit-my-intent-form\" data-bs-parent=\"#RequiredGradPaperwork\"><div class=\"accordion-body\">\n<p>It is strongly recommended that you meet with your college advisor to review your DegreeWorks audit to ensure you are on track for the graduation term selected on your intent to graduate form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Undergraduate students will complete the intent to graduate form using dynamic forms which can be accessed through your PipelineMT account or click on the blue button below titled, Undergraduate Student Intent Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected graduates in the College of Basic &amp; Applied Sciences, College of Behavioral &amp; Health Sciences, College of Education, College of Liberal Arts, Scott Borchetta College of Media &amp; Entertainment and University College are only required to submit the intent to graduate form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected graduates in the Jennings A. The student should request to be moved to a future graduation term based upon planned future registration.&nbsp; If the student does not email a request to be moved to a future graduation term, the graduation analyst may either remove the student from future graduation lists or move the student to a future graduation term.&nbsp;
