We are located at Murfreesboro, TN

Middle Tennessee State University is located in the state of Tennessee and city of Murfreesboro. Murfreesboro is located approximately 30 minutes from Nashville, the state capital of Tennessee. Nashville is one of the 25 largest cities in the United States and home to the Nashville International Airport (BNA), which has non-stop flights to over 50 destinations within the United States and abroad. Murfreesboro is home to more than 120,000 people.

Campus Life

Whether it is attending a Blue Raiders sporting event, joining one of over 100 students groups, working out at the Campus Recreation center, or watching a movie at the on campus cinema MTSU offers many activities and resources for students to enjoy. 

Costs, Deadlines, and Scholarships

Costs: While it can be difficult to produce an exact cost for a year of attendance at MTSU, we estimate it to be approximately $34,000USD. This estimate is inclusive of tuition and living expenses.

Deadlines: All application materials need to be submitted to the Office of International Undergraduate Admissions by July 1^st for Fall acceptance and November 1^st for Spring acceptance.

Scholarships: MTSU is pleased to offer International Merit Scholarships ranging from $4,000USD to $16,000USD per year for qualified students. Any first-year or transfer student who applies to the university is considered for one of our highly competitive awards.
